A Regular Board Meeting of the English Montreal School Board, presided over by the Chair, Joe Ortona, will take place on Tuesday, February 10 at 7:00 P.M. in the Laurence Patterson Room, Administration Building in Montreal. Mr. Ortona will be joined by all Commissioners and Senior Management Staff.
The Question Period is used to respond to questions from the public and is not a forum for the expression of opinions or for speeches. A question period is scheduled on the agenda of the regular and special meetings of the Council of Commissioners according to EMSB By-Law number 12 and is limited to two (2) questions per participant, for a maximum of two (2) minutes per participant.
All questions must be asked in person at the public Board meetings. The questions must be sent in advance to the Secretary General, Me Nathalie Lauzière, by Monday, February 9 at 12 P.M. at nlauziere@emsb.qc.ca. Please note that any long preamble or unrelated statements preceding your actual questions will not be accepted. All personal information will be kept confidential.
